A jury has awarded $2.5 million in a medical malpractice case where a doctor reportedly failed to diagnose a man’s colon cancer in 2004. According to reports, Jeffrey W. Davis filed the lawsuit in 2009 claiming that the doctor did not perform tests that would have diagnosed his cancer.
