A federal judge has reportedly refused to expand a lawsuit against a urology center in South Dakota. According to reports, patients have claimed that they were exposed to blood-borne infections because of medical equipment that was reused when it should not have been. The total plaintiffs, all from Iowa, reportedly want more than $5 million. The lawsuit was reportedly trying to represent more than six thousand patients.
