Woman Still Breathing Declared Dead

A woman in Delaware was recently in for the scare of her life.  Judith Johnson went to her local hospital this Tuesday after experiencing pain and what she thought was indigestion.  An hour after being admitted into the hospital, her husband received news that Mrs. Johnson had passed away.  Mrs. Johnson was reportedly taken to the hospital's morgue.  There, it was discovered by someone within the morgue that Mrs. Johnson was not dead.  In fact, she was still breathing and very much so alive.

Shortly after, Louis Johnson was informed that there had been a mistake, and that his wife was still living.

The traumatized couple is now suing for punitive and compensatory damages.  The lawsuit targets the hospital and hospital staff members.

After the atrocity, it was later revealed that Judith Johnson had a heart attack when she arrived at the hospital.  It is being reported that she went  into cardiac arrest 45 minutes after her arrival.

FoxNews.com reports that she was given, "multiple medicines and synchronized shocks," and that she "never regained a pulse,".  Mrs. Johnson was declared dead at 8:34 P.M.
She now suffers from numerous symptoms, which include:  liver damage, chest pain, memory loss, speech problems, seizure, change in moods, and irreversible neurological injuries.

Officials at the medical facility where Mrs. Johnson received treatment are refusing to comment on the lawsuit or the treatment provided.
